By accessing or using the phfamouse platform — including the website at phfamouse.vip, any associated mobile-optimized pages, and all games, features, and services offered therein — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the phfamouse platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any person who accesses any part of the phfamouse service. Your continued use of phfamouse following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on phfamouse, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

phfamouse reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or equivalent). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phfamouse may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phfamouse account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phfamouse employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phfamouse reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. phfamouse is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including failure to receive OTP verification codes due to an outdated mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phfamouse login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phfamouse will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your phfamouse account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phfamouse support immediately via live chat.

You may request closure of your phfamouse account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification checks are completed. phfamouse may also close accounts at its discretion in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

phfamouse accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. phfamouse does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your phfamouse account dashboard and may vary by payment method. phfamouse reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phfamouse account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawal requests to GCash are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

phfamouse may require identity and payment method verification before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. These checks are conducted in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

All transactions on phfamouse are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phfamouse does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

phfamouse offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all phfamouse bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All content on the phfamouse platform — including but not limited to the phfamouse name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of phfamouse or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phfamouse platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phfamouse content without prior written authorization from phfamouse.

phfamouse collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the phfamouse Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account on phfamouse, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfamouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phfamouse platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

phfamouse's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phfamouse account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phfamouse does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phfamouse is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.

phfamouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• phfamouse has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You have failed to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• phfamouse is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• phfamouse decides to discontinue the platform or any part thereof.

Upon termination for cause, phfamouse reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phfamouse platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phfamouse customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phfamouse reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phfamouse will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered users via the contact details on file. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the phfamouse website. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the phfamouse platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
